Running a small business means a lot of hard work, but I make sure to keep a healthy work-life balance. At Noah Painting we work 4 10 hour days Monday-Thursday instead of the standard 5 8 hour days. This allows us to work longer, more efficient days in order to spend fewer days in your house. And our team is also happier because we enjoy long weekends every week! 💪
