Some external shots from our recently completed project in Formby. Working with our amazing clients who committed to the process the aim was to provide a rear and side extension which would sit comfortably alongside the existing white rendered house. A chalk white brick was chosen to provide some textural contrast but remain part of the existing colour palette. Whilst still remaining traditional from the roadside the rear extension is designed and detailed to be contemporary with full height glazing, slimline sliding doors with flush internal and external floor levels providing a space which seamlessly flows from inside to out. photography

Some internal shots from our recently completed project in Formby. The full refurbishment and extension of an existing detached villa set out to create a much better flow through the ground floor, connecting the front and rear spaces and providing a much needed open plan living space for the family to spend time together. Our design included a new kitchen, bespoke joinery, additional storage, bootroom, utility, home office and bedrooms along with a reconfigured master bedroom to create a suite with walk in dresser & ensuite. photography

Some shots of our recently completed full refurbishment and extension to a villa in . Working with our amazing clients who committed the process and vision we turned what was a compromised layout into a bright open plan family space, better connected to the gardens and new courtyard. The refurb & extension provided a bootroom and shower room, new home office, open plan living/diner/kitchen, utility and a master suite plus guest bedroom. photography

A hidden oasis on a quiet street in . Some exterior shots from a renovation and extension we recently completed. Working closely with our amazing and ambitious clients we were able to secure planning permission for this contemporary extension situated next door to a grade 2 listed building. The design provided our clients with the additional space required whilst respecting the listed building beside. By maximising room heights & light and applying a controlled palette of materials, the house now works for our clients and their family. Thanks to our dedicated clients, for another quality delivery and for the photography.

A hidden oasis on a quiet street in . Some interior shots from a renovation and extension we recently completed. Some new shots of one of our completed projects. The brief was to add a contemporary extension to this family home to provide an open plan family living/kitchen space with strong connections to the gardens, an outdoor kitchen area and gym/hot tub. Crisp linear brickwork and large sliding aluminium doors provide a fully openable corner with cantilevered roof maximising the inside/outside connection. Designing in a green roof, underfloor heating and high spec windows & doors the house exceeds standard regulations and ensures the space is as comfortable and efficient as possible.

We recently received planning approval for this renovation and extension to a double fronted villa. A 2 storey side extension in chalk white brick provides additional bedroom and dressing space whilst the new contemporary rear extension adds an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge space for the family to spend time together, with large sliding doors opening at the corner to provide a great visual and physical connection to the gardens. Moving forward on site with this one soon.
