11 to 13 inch grass... Many "deliveries" from our local cat and dog population. Also a last minute job with no notice. What would the typical landscaping company charge to do this last minute job? Well I called three local landscapers. One of them said they flat out couldn't do it that day with no notice. One company was going to charge 65 and another one was going to charge 60 but it couldn't be done until later in the evening. I charged the customer $50 because it's really local. And upon talking to the customer after cutting his lawn found out that he is a veteran. So to show my appreciation I gave him a first time customer plus a military discount, totaling 50% off for All lawn care services provided that day.
Also you'll notice no grass clumps in the rows or yard waste of any kind including grass clippings or leaves in front of the customer's house. I believe in making not only the customers lawn and House look better with a freshly cut lawn, but also the curb appeal and in front of the house also looks better without clippings or leaves just blown into the street.

The first new subscriber I get within 5 mi of the Vickery neighborhood market Walmart store gets 50% off any and all services requested plus a free follow-up w**d eating and blowing off of said w**d eated material.

To be clear I do not blow material into the street in front of your house and you really needed material will not be an eyesore in front of your residence it'll be dispose of and a proper manner as to not look janky and unkempt. Nothing worse than a nice looking yard with all the clippings blown into the into the street.
