VACANCY: CLEANING PERSONNEL

The above vacancy exists at Bloemfontein.
The overall purpose is to perform cleaning related duties in offices and other facilities as determined by Supervisor (i.e sweeping, vacuuming, window cleaning, dusting, polishing furniture and floors, etc). Clean ablution facilities. Report any defects in the work place to immediate supervisor.

Minimum Requirements:

1. A minimum of Grade 10 or ABET Levels 1-4.
2. Ability to communicate effectively (verbal) in English.
3. Must be physically healthy.
4. A reasonable level of fitness.
5. Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
6. Ability to work both alone and in a team.
7. Awareness of health and safety procedures.
8. Reading skills.

1. Previous cleaning experience will be an advantage.

Vacancy: Security Training officer
The above vacancy exists at Bloemfontein.
The overall purpose of this position is to present, facilitate, assess and moderate training interventions as per the training function, within area of responsibility. Compliance with best practices, quality assurance standards and Industry requirements stipulated in applicable legislation.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
2. Packages Grade 12 / Grade 10
3. PSIRA Grades E-A Instructor
Added an advantage:
1. Facilitator registration with ETDP SETA
2. Assessor registration with ETDP SETA & SASSETA
3. Moderator registration with ETDP SETA & SASSETA will be an advantage
4. General Security Practices (GSO) at NQF 3
5. Specialist Security Practices Qualification at NQF 4
6. Competence in Firearm Unit Standards: Handgun, Shotgun, Rifle, Carbine and PFTC Fi****ms Unit standards Instructor registration.

To be the Operations Director of Harpy Security Company is not a simple and luxury to be in that position but I must give Harpy Security a clear direction that will attract more customers worldwide.

Through hard-work, dedication, determination, integrity, humbleness, good listening and honesty, I will achieve all what Harpy Security entrusted me for.

As an Operations Director is to oversee that all operational aspects of company strategy, help Harpy Security to set strategic goals and also to ensure that there is a flow of operations information to the Managing Director and the board.

I must plan and monitor the day-to-day running of Harpy Security to ensure smooth progress.

If Harpy Security can fail, I will be the first person to be blamed and I deserve to be called a failure.

I strongly believe that my 23 years of Military experience will assist me a lot in putting Harpy Security to be where it deserve to be.
