D&E Post Tensioning

D&E Post Ten provides Post Tensioning services to the Construction Industry. We use a Monostrand Unbonded Post Tensioning System. Post-tensioning is a method of reinforcing (strengthening) concrete or other materials with high-strength steel strands, typically referred to as tendons. The tendons are tensioned after the concrete has hardened and the pre-stressing force is primarily transferred to the concrete through the end anchorages.

All materials comply with the relevant Codes of Practice and we have experienced skilled installers to carry out the Fixing and Stressing operations. We offer a full design service with Post Tensioning Designs carried out by Professional Engineers who specialise in the design of Post Tensioning.

Our services include:

• Design of Post Tensioned Slab systems
• Supply, Install and Stress Post Tensioned Slabs
• Strengthening of structures using the Monostrand Post Tensioning System
• Repair of damaged Post Tensioning cables
• Provision of openings to existing Post Tensioned slabs
• Structural concrete repair
