Our teams were extremely busy this week after receiving a panic alert from one of our client’s delivery bike drivers.

The driver advised our control room that he had been hijacked of his bike in Parklands. Our response and tracking teams immediately activated and began monitoring the live signal from the bike.

The tracking signal showed the bike moving down Plattekloof Road and that’s when the chase began. Our tracking team continuously followed the signal until it led us to a building in Parow.

While searching the premises, our teams made an even bigger breakthrough. Not only did we recover our client’s bike, but we also located another delivery bike that had been hijacked earlier the same night in the Cape Town CBD.
