A Little Cabin - This project was a true collaboration. The client brought many of their own ideas to the table, and together we shaped a design that reflects their vision. Working closely with a skilled carpenter, we refined the timber-framed structure to be both cost-effective and quick to build. The result is a compact unit that can be constructed efficiently in remote locations, with minimal disruption to the surrounding environment.

I recently had the opportunity to design and visualize some kitchen sets for Smeg working closely with the wonderful team at Orange Films and especially the talented Elmi Bardenhorst.
There where 4 kitchen in 4 different styles that had to fit into one studio, and of course also budget. They Were used in the "tv commercial" and also for stills displaying the products. The sets was built by Hammerhead Set.

New timber framed balcony, deck and pergola addition to a existing house in Pringle bay.
The north facing facade of the existing house was really tall and somewhat bland. The additions were done to assist with shading the glazing elements in order to minimise solar heat gain in summer and also increase the amount of outdoor living space shielded from the sun and the south easter.
The client can now spend time outside on his deck in the shade overlooking the mountains to the north.

The Stag workshop team did an excellent job once again with the timber construction. They really went all-out with attention to finer timber frame detailing and finishing.
