The design and construction of a new second dwelling on top of the existing garage has been completed, we took the roof off and cast a light weight concrete slab, called void con, then built up the walls and put the new roof on. The idea was to create a tree house effect with the deck surrounding the yellow wood tree.

Be water wise and save water with the grey water system.
All house hold grey water, ie, w/m, bath, shower and basins is diverted to a filter and then into the tank, when the tank is full the water is pumped into the garden irrigation system or a hose and sprinkler, about every 2 days, depending on how many people live in the house, this is not that expensive, contact David Oertle to find out more, and help lead the way to recycle our precious water
