Always choose the right spot where a fruit tree will thrive. Not just in an open space in your yard.

Heat is an important part of composting. For it to reach the appropriate temps, it has to be piled up properly and reach enough mass.
This pile was last turned on Tuesday. 3 days later and it's hot. We'll be turning it again tomorrow.

More frequent turning allows it to break down quicker and makes it usable in about a month.
