Construction: Brickwork, plaster, carpentry, skimming, tiling
Decorating & Redecorating of Residential (private, home owners’ association & sectional title), Commercial & Industrial properties. Waterproofing Systems for: tiled & metal roofing, parapets, flashing, balconies, walkways, etc. Structural Repairs of: structural/ expansion joint instating/ rehabilitating, spalling rehabilitation. Insurance/ Resultant Damage Projects – As part of our ongoing service to the insurance industry we project manage resultant damage claims. We have been dealing with companies such as Topnotch, Pam Golding Sectional Title, Controlling Body Services and Woodbridge Insurance. With regards to our insurance damage work, we incorporate all claim damages (painting, ceiling repairs/ replacing/ skimming, carpets, cupboards, tiling, fire and flood damage, etc.), in order to alleviate unnecessary quotation sourcing by portfolio managers and to speed up the claims process, thereby restoring the living conditions of the owners/ tenants as soon as possible.
