Through the grace of a mighty God. RVM Liquid Rubber and team got the opportunity to assist a customer out in Groblersdal.

10kms from the main road into the bush. This was an experience for the team.

Our task on hand, revive and waterproof an IBR roof + waterproof the exterior walls.

Upon assessment. We had to open up the cracks in the walls and replaster. Preparation took us some time..we do it RIGHT.

Then the magic of transformation using white and charcoal grey liquid rubber.

The finished product had our customer so happy..he offered the team a braai and a game drive.

Your local rubber genie & team had the task of waterproofing this tiled roof and giving this roof a new look

When we arrived the tiles was dark grey and there was multiple leaks.

After the team was done. The roof is Terracotta Red. A new lease of life and all leaks banished.

The Liquid Rubber Genie and squad was called out to Midrand.

Our task, assess the roof structure for this home and fix the ceiling.

Upon inspection, we had to remove all membrane on the roof tiles and replaster correctly before we use Terracotta Red liquid rubber to waterproof.

The before and after pictures left our customer shocked. In her words, we have her a leak proof new roof.

There as no ceiling..just planks. Upon assessment we had to re-inforce the planks before we added in a new ceiling. Check out the finished product.

Final outcomes. Customer was very happy and extremely satisfied.

RVM Liquid Rubber & team was out and about in Edenvale.

Here our customer needed our help to waterproof his house walls and change the gradient on his flat room to enable water flow towards the gutters.

Have a look at our before and after pictures.
All work completed with liquid rubber, chocolate brown and caramel used on the walls and inside we used white liquid rubber.

Damp banished from this home and the finished product looks amazing.

Our customer was so happy..we even took a picture together.

A very happy Sunday good people.

Thank you very much for the support and love on Facebook. We truly appreciate it.

After a stunning Sunday worship service at Acts Church in Midrand, on route home we got a call out.

I thank God for a loving supportive wife and family who were happy to accompany me on route to a roof assessment in Weltevreden Park and pushed out Sunday lunch for later.

After a massive but short hail storm in Midrand. The after effects was enormous. Damaged homes, roofs broken, windows cracked, cars damaged.

RVM Liquid Rubber went out to assist. Our pictures does not do justice to the havoc the golf ball size hail stones caused. Houses flooded with water.

By the grace of God, nobody was hurt in the storm, and we could be a helping hand in restoring this home.

Our customer contacted RVM consulting due to leaks on her IBR Roof that was joined to a study in her home.

Upon investigation, we picked up an error that is common.
1: Where the IBR roof goes under the roof tile, the assumption is that water can reach this over lap.
2: Due to the IBR roof going under the last set of tiles from the main roof - the assumption was that the exposed gaps would not be vulnerable to leaks.

Our fix -:
1: Remove the last line of the roof tiles.
2: Clean and prepare the IBR roof.
3: Membrane and seal all overlays, nail points and gaps.
4: Add two coats of charcoal liquid rubber.

Outcome - Roof looks brand spanking new, no more leaks. A Very happy and satisfied customer.
