Lynne Knowles - Oil Paintings

📍 Studio Address: The “Pride ‘n Joy” Studio
2 Couldrey Crescent, Red Beach, New Zealand

After years of exploring different artistic interests, Lynne Knowles embraced painting in retirement, finally dedicating time to her creative passion. Initially inspired by the detailed works of Ingrid Boot, Lynne began her journey with acrylics before discovering her love for oils, a medium she now enjoys working with the most.

Her happy place is her charming art studio in Red Beach, where she brings her inspirations to life. As an active member of the local arts community, she volunteers at Estuary Arts Centre and participates in an Ōrewa-based art group.

🎨✨ Meet The Artists ✨🎨

Caitlin Johnston

📍 Studio Address: Orewa Framing Studio
1/9 Tamariki Avenue, Orewa, Auckland, New Zealand

As a Hibiscus Coast artist, Caitlin Johnston finds endless inspiration in Aotearoa’s epic oceans and landscapes—their power, calmness, and ability to help us disconnect from the chaos of everyday life.

Her work explores our deep connection to nature, using a mix of materials, some of which are repurposed and upcycled. From old surfboards and wood to oxidized copper, resin, and acrylics, Caitlin gives new life to discarded objects, transforming them into striking pieces of art.
