After working for over a decade in the landscaping industry as a site manager and creative director, and being involved on many landscaping projects, Leon Jacobs saw the need for original “works of art” and garden ornaments in this industry. Leon has therefore, over time, worked on a range of pots that are totally different from anything else on the market at the moment. He also has designed a ran
ge of sculptural benches that, not only serve as a work of art for a focal point, but then also have the functionality of serving as a bench. These sculptural benches will be released over time, so there will always be something new added to the range. Over and above that, Leon has also designed a new take on the classic “Grandfather Clock”. Made out of concrete, metal, wood and glass (including mosaic), every one of these clocks are a unique work of art. What is exciting about this range, is that as each one is made on request, and therefore can be made according to the buyers taste, using their colour scheme or choice of materials. The clocks are waterproof, so can be used as a focal point in the garden, or they can also be used as an indoor conversation-piece. Each one is numbered, and is sure to become a collector’s item in the future. Leon is very happy to take on commissions, working with the client in order to produce the perfect creation. The name of the range came about because often when friends and colleagues saw one of Leon’s works of art, they would say “That is just SO LEON!” He has a style and flair of his own, and would love to bring some of his magic into your world!
