Calm, professional response when it matters most.
On Wednesday, 2 September, at approximately 20:39, the Fidelity ADT Pretoria North team responded to a panic activation at a residential property.
Response Officer Gafane arrived on scene and, after identifying suspicious individuals on the premises, requested additional support. Officer Mongwefu responded and joined him at the property, where they were informed of a sensitive family dispute involving a minor and a family member reportedly in possession of a firearm.
Our Officers handled the situation with care, professionalism and sensitivity, prioritising the safety and wellbeing of everyone involved.
The following day, the Officers received a customer compliment recognising the calm and professional manner in which they managed this challenging and sensitive situation.
