Hollander Townhomes—where repetition becomes rhythm.
Nestled in Northeast Minneapolis, this cluster development reimagines urban living through ten modern townhomes. Each unit features a dramatic cantilevered balcony that breaks the plane and creates dynamic shadow play throughout the day.
We transformed a simple repetitive form into something more—layering natural dark wood against smooth grey fiber cement siding to bring warmth and texture to the streetscape. The result is a building that feels both cohesive and alive.

We’re incredibly proud of Shawn Devine and Dalton Outlaw of Outlaw Development for opening the doors to Magnolia Flats—the first project of its kind in the Twin Cities.
Six families earning as little as $22,192.50 a year now have homes. Not cramped apartments, but spacious 2,000 square foot, four-bedroom units designed for multi-generational living. Real space. Real dignity. Real opportunity.
In an era of skyrocketing housing costs, this feels like more than a building—it’s proof that we can do better. That deeply affordable housing is possible when vision meets commitment. Monaghan Construction did an incredible job with quality, schedule, and helping us control costs.

Ten years ago, we started as three people with big dreams.
Two founders, one tiny firm, and a focus on modern single-family design. We didn’t know then that our journey would take us from an award-winning 1,800 sq ft home in St. Paul to designing entire cities in South Korea and Saudi Arabia.
Over the past decade, you’ve trusted us with your homes, your communities, and your visions. You’ve pushed us to grow from intimate residential projects to significant multi-family developments and nationally recognized work. You’ve expanded our design potential in ways we never imagined.
To every client who took a chance on us, challenged us, and grew with us—thank you. We can’t wait to see what the next ten years hold.
