And Here we did it again The Make A Plan, Handyman & General Service. way...
We take the old and mix in some new, and create a completely new product. Here in Waterkloof our dearest customer had an unfortunate incident were a car run away and took out the entrance gate. The event damage the gate severely. But Make A plan came to the rescue. Not all was lost. Make A plan managed to salvage at least 70% of the old gate and created a new and better gate than before. This at a fraction of the price of new gate.

Here at Make A Plan, Handyman & General Service. We tackle any maintenance project's our customers have. I want to thank my loyal customer George Richter in Waterkloof for giving Make A Plan Handyman the chance to show off our skill and workmanship. We have done a total renovation of his patio roof and roof support structure.
1.On the structure we replaced all the old wood supports we a custom manufactured steel frame and steel posts. all without damaging or breaking down the current structure.
2. After the structure was in place and structurely sound, we removed all the old rotten timber, and replaced en treated them with creosote.
3. Then we extended the stucture and replenished the whole roof with new cromadek roof sheeting.
in doing so we saved the customer and substantial amount of money and time.
We did it the Make A Plan way. Take the old mix in some new and you have a new product at an cost-effective price. At Make A plan we strive to give a professional service and save the customer some money.
