Waterproofing Project Successfully Completed at Country View Estate 💦💦✅

Roof Slab Issues Identified:
* Weathered and failed waterproofing system
* Previous contractors installed new waterproofing over compromised torch-on waterproofing
* Insufficient roof falls to outlets
* Incorrectly installed outlets pointing upwards, causing water retention

Remediation Process Undertaken:
* Complete removal of all existing waterproofing layers
* Mechanical surface preparation carried out
* New screed-to-fall installed to improve drainage towards outlets
* Re-installation of outlets to ensure proper downward water discharge
* Application of 1st waterproofing layer: Plasti-Screed waterproofing system
* Application of 2nd waterproofing layer: Liquid rubber waterproofing system

The roof slab has now been fully restored with an upgraded waterproofing solution designed for improved drainage, durability, and long-term protection.
