HOW TO MAKE SUGAR BODY SCRUB
RECIPE (Beginner-Pro Level)

⭐ Basic Glow Sugar Scrub (250 g)

Ingredients:
Fine white sugar or brown sugar - 200 g
Carrier oil (choose one):
Sweet almond oil (luxury & softening)
Sunflower oil (budget & light)
Coconut oil (deep nourishment)
→ 40-45 ml
Raw honey -1 tablespoon (optional but powerful)
Vitamin E oil -½ teaspoon
Essential or fragrance oil :5 -10 drops (optional)

Optional Boosters (choose 1 or 2):
Turmeric powder -¼ tsp (brightening)
Coffee powder -1 tsp (cellulite & circulation)
Oat powder -1 tsp (soothing, sensitive skin)

Method:
Pour sugar into a clean dry bowl.
Add oil slowly and mix until it feels moist but not runny.
Stir in honey, vitamin E, and fragrance
Mix well and transfer into a dry, airtight container
Shelf life: 2–3 months (no water inside).
