Painting and fixing of the buildings 2. Decoration and cleaning of class rooms 4. Create a reading corner / library 5. Deliver food parcels (maize, samp, oil, sugar, tea, flour and non-perishable products) to the local community. 6. Supply a small stock of tissues, black bags, toilet paper, soap etc. to the school. In order to make this happen we need items such as: Paint, glue, nails, screws, paint brushes and rollers, decorative items, food items as mentioned above, toiletries as set out above, clothes, beanies, scarves, shoes etc. for ages new born - 8, old books, toys, old towels, cleaning materials and food for camping students. We are hoping to be sponsored for the above, either in the physical product or vouchers from stores. On our part, we will give recognition to the sponsors in two possible ways: 1. Free advertising in our school magazine. 2. Advertising board at the school indicating your company’s contribution. We as a school and RCL hope to make this a big annual project and need your co-operation and support. As an incentive and motivation to students, there will be a Friday Civvies day for the winning class.
