In zambia we have a trading opportunity called MUFHIWA BUILDING & PROJECTS which is gifting the opportunity to own a house when you enroll as a member by paying a fee of K300 once off payment.
When you join, you have also to share the business to many people but you only need 6 people to be your direct referrals or downliners. Once you manage to have 6 Directs, the system will automatically upgrade you to stage 2. Hence you receive the k50 for each person and the total cash back is K300. This means that your K200 which you invested would have been paid back to you.
So you should Train and help the 6 people you invited so that they learn the business and bring their 6 each people also, and continue to work together as a team to build a formidable team. Team work is what will enable you to move in stages so quickly.
NOTE: MUFHIWA BUILDING & PROJECTS has five stages. From stage 1 to 5 and each stage you have Cashback. From stage 2 to 5, the Company also gives you some incentives in form of a voucher in order for you to pick or collect groceries from either Shoprite or Pick'n'Pay in stage 2 only. From stage 3 to 5 you present or Submit quotations to the Company so that your Supplier or your home seller can be paid directy by Mufhiwa Building & Projects.
STAGE1: As per above illustration, you receive k50 from each person as you require only 6 people to begin your journey of Success in MUFHIWA. Hence, K50 x 6 = K300 cash back. No incentives at this stage and you cannot with draw k300 because it holds the account. Withdraw begins in stage 2.
STAGE 2: In this stage you have 14 slots to unlock your incentives with. When your 6 directs follow you here, you immediately step up to stage 3 and the other 8 to fill the slots and complete the set should come from indirect downliners. Therefore, you receive K150 from each person following you in stage 2. Hence, K150 x 14 = K2,100. The incentives the Company will give to you is K2,000 in form of a grocery Voucher to get groceries in Shoprite or Pick'n'Pay.
STAGE 3: In the same way things were done in stage 2 even stage 3 same. Hence 14 slots needed to be filled. So, you receive k170 from each person. K170 x 14 = K2,380. Incentives you receive K21,420.
STAGE 4: Here you also need 14 slots. You earn K1,000 per person. Hence, K1,000 x 14 = K14,000. Incentives you earn K126,000.
STAGE 5: In this stage you qualify in the same way it happened in stages 2,3 and 4. You have 14 slots to be filled by 14 people. From each person who follows you in stage 5 you earn k5,000. Hence, K5,000 x 14 = K70,000. Here its mega incentives. *You earn K630,000.*
Finally, NOTE that Cash back is the money you can withdraw any time in a week from Monday to Wednesday between 09:00 hrs to 21:00hrs. Incentives is money the Company awards you in every stage to say thank you for trusting Mufhiwa. Its like a gratuity.
