It's time to feed your cactus now,
You can either use manure tea or just add manure, preferably goat, cow or chickenbut be very careful with chicken manure unless its very decomposed
Manure tea ... you soak cow or chicken manure in a drum or any bucket you prefer, let it sit for 3 or 4 days, dilute abit if the concentration is too strong, use the same to water your cactus atleast once a every week, and stop when the cold season starts
