HOW OFTEN DO YOU DRINK WATER?
I once had a visitor and I noticed he doesn't drink water when eating, I asked and he told me "he can stay three days without drinking ordinary water" he drinks tea and the like.
Very strange I have never imagined someone can stay without water, just eating.
I further asked how often he used the toilet, his response shocked me "he doesn't even like going to the toilet, he uses the toilet maybe once a week or more days"
Hey God, people dey oo!
I have a witness to this story, we are both surprised like.
Surprisingly, this person looks okay but always has particular health issues.
I told him that not drinking enough water was the genesis of his problem.
Imagine the stress he's putting some of his organs into.

Water they say is the foundation of health.
Water keeps every system in the body functioning properly.
Water improves digestion which aids in extracting nutrients from the food we eat.
Even on our outer appearance, did you know that what you eat is a major contributing factor?

The first and easiest way to achieve healthy and flawless skin is to drink water regularly.
The average liter of water to take in a day is 3-4L (depending on your environment), but it's advisable to drink at intervals.
Don't wait till you feel thirsty/dehydrated before you drink water.
Don't substitute water for tea or soft drinks. They are not the same.
A cup of water every hour during the day is not a bad idea.
Pay attention to your urine, you mostly lack water when your urine is color.
Remember too much of everything is bad!
