"Creating your own personal "RESORT" in your plot."

Escaping the busy life of the city, having a place to relax and renew energy, while creating a space for the family and friends to gather in a welcoming space and have lots of fun while enjoying the mesmerising beach view; These were the objectives when we started designing this beautiful beach house.

Inspired by the traditional clay moulded houses, (but...with a modern twist), with the integration of natural elements and locally sourced materials to minimise the ecological footprint while the design promotes open, airy spaces the dissolve the boundaries between indoor & outdoor spaces, as it becomes more than a dwelling; it transforms into a harmonious sanctuary "RETREAT" where architecture & nature coalesce.

"الحصول على "المنتجع" الخاص بك في أرضك."

الإبتعاد عن الحياة المزدحمة في المدن، الحصول على مكان للإسترخاء و تجديد الطاقة، مكان يجمع العائلة و الأصدقاء معا ليستمتعوا بالمناظر البحرية الجميلة؛ هذه كانت الأهداف التي وضعناها في بداية تصميم هذه الإستراحة.

مستوحى من المباني الطينية التقليدية، (ولكن بلمسات حديثة)، مع المزج بين العناصر الطبيعية و مواد البناء المحلية للتقليل من الأثر الكربوني للمبنى، حيث أن الوحدات مصممة بإتصال مباشر بين الفراغات الداخلية و الخارجية، بحيث يكون المشروع أكثر من مجرد مسكن، ليتخطى ذلك ليصبح كملجئ، ملاذ (RETREAT) تتحد فيه العمارة مع الطبيعة.

قصة مشروع: فيلا The OYSTER

"مبنى يتميز بفخر عن محيطه، فراغ بإنحناءات عديدة، فريد بحداثته، ولكن بنفس الوقت؛ مكان للعائلة".

تلك أهم الأهداف التي تم وضعها في بداية تصميم هذه الفيلا المميزة.

تصميم فيلا "OYSTER" مستمد من الشكل الفريد للمحارة و طبيعة صدفها الحامي لما هو في الداخل.
تم تغليف الفيلا بغطاء عضوي الشكل لحماية المكان الداخلي و يسمح بدخول أشعة من الشمس عبر فراغات متفاوتة لتخلق أجواء شرحة ولكن محمية بنفس الوقت.

غلاف الفيلا "المحارة" يشكل ساتر حماية للجمال الداخلي المحمي "اللؤلؤ" و الذي يمثل فراغ العائلة في الفيلا.

Project Story: The OYSTER Residence

"A structure that stands out proudly between its surroundings, a space with curves that is uniquely modern, but at the same time; a place for the family."

That was our objective at the beginning of the design stage of this magnificent villa.

The "OYSTER" residence design draws inspiration from the unique shape of the oyster with the protective nature of its shell.
The villa was wraped with an organic perforated shells that form a secure, layered exterior, embracing the home with sense of warmth and strength, with beams of sunlight infiltrating through these shells introducing moments of illumination and openness.

The shells of the "Oyster" provide a protection layer of the hidden beauty of the interior "the pearl," which is the family space in the villa

"FRAMES" Residence:

“Frames” Villa is designed as a composition of carefully crafted architectural frames that direct the eye toward curated views from every angle of the home.

The layered masses, recessed openings, and bold linear canopies create a sequence of visual moments that frame landscapes, gardens, water features, and sky views as living artworks.

This concept transforms the experience of movement through the villa into a journey of constantly changing perspectives, where each space is intentionally connected to its own unique view.

The name “Frames” reflects this architectural language, where the villa itself becomes a collection of elegant frames shaping light, nature, and spatial experience.

فيلا "FRAMES":

تم تصميم فيلا “Frames” كتركيبة معمارية من الإطارات المدروسة بعناية، حيث تُوجّه الرؤية نحو مشاهد مختارة من كل زاوية في المنزل.

تخلق الكتل المتداخلة، والفتحات الغائرة، والمظلات الخطية البارزة سلسلة من المشاهد البصرية التي تؤطر الحدائق والعناصر المائية والإطلالات المفتوحة وكأنها لوحات حيّة.

ويحوّل هذا المفهوم تجربة الحركة داخل الفيلا إلى رحلة من المناظر المتغيرة باستمرار، حيث يرتبط كل فراغ بإطلالة خاصة به تم تصميمها بعناية.

من هنا جاءت تسمية “Frames”، إذ أصبحت الفيلا نفسها مجموعة من الإطارات المعمارية الأنيقة التي تحتضن الضوء والطبيعة والتجربة المكانية.

This villa is shaped through the harmony of strong horizontal planes and elegant vertical elements, creating a balanced architectural language rich in depth and rhythm.

The intentional layering of overhangs, pergolas, and recessed spaces generates dynamic shadow effects throughout the day, enriching the indoor and outdoor family spaces with comfort, warmth, and privacy.

Carefully designed visual barriers also provide the villa with a high level of privacy from neighboring properties without compromising openness or the quality of the spaces. These shadow lines not only define the villa’s visual identity, but also create a joyful living experience connected to light, nature, and family life — inspiring the name “Shadow Line"

تم تشكيل هذه فيلا من خلال انسجام الخطوط الأفقية القوية مع العناصر الرأسية الأنيقة، لتكوين لغة معمارية متوازنة مليئة بالعمق والإيقاع.
يخلق التداخل المقصود للبروزات والبرجولات والمساحات الغائرة تأثيرات ظل متحركة على مدار اليوم، مما يثري المساحات الداخلية والخارجية العائلية بالراحة والخصوصية والدفء. كما منحت حواجز الرؤية المدروسة بعناية الفيلا خصوصية عالية عن الجوار دون التأثير على الانفتاح البصري وجودة المساحات.
هذه الخطوط الظلية لم تمنح الفيلا هويتها البصرية فقط، بل صنعت أيضاً تجربة معيشية مبهجة مرتبطة بالضوء والطبيعة والحياة العائلية، ومنها جاء اسم “فيلا shadowline”.

تفاصيل بسيطة و غير محسوسة ممكن أن يكون لها تأثير كبير على راحة المكان؛ مثل مسارات الحركة و علاقة العناصر ببعضها، و بالأخص في تصميم المنازل السكنية.

تُعد دراسة الحركة في المنزل من أهم أسس التصميم المعماري الناجح، حيث تساهم في خلق ترابط مريح ومنطقي بين الفراغات المختلفة بما يحقق سهولة الاستخدام واستغلال المساحات بكفاءة أعلى. فعندما تتكامل العناصر المعمارية بشكل مدروس، مثل توزيع الغرف والإضاءة والإطلالات ومسارات الحركة، يصبح المنزل أكثر راحة ومرونة وانسيابية، مع تقليل الهدر في المساحات وتعزيز الخصوصية وجودة التجربة المعيشية داخل الفراغ.

Small details that can go unnoticed might have big impact on the comfort factor of the space; such as the circulation pathways and connections between elements of a space, especially in home design

The study of circulation within a home is one of the most important foundations of successful architectural design, as it helps create a comfortable and logical connection between different spaces while achieving more efficient use of the area. When architectural elements such as room distribution, lighting, views, and movement paths are carefully integrated, the home becomes more comfortable, flexible, and seamless, minimizing wasted space while enhancing privacy and the overall living experience within the space.
