🌟 Madahil 🌟

Wherever you go in Saudi Arabia, you will encounter hospitality and warmth. An artwork inspired by Saudi generosity, one of our most important values. Traditional symbols such as coffee and dates reflect Saudi hospitality, where coffee is prepared in front of the guest and the dallahs are displayed on the kmar to show off and highlight the value of the guest and the generosity. In the coffee council (Al-Roshan), traditional symbols like the kmar (where the dallahs are lined up) and the wajar (where the fire is lit) are used.

Materials: Riyadh stone, hand-carved, and red copper used to make the Raslan dallahs.

Message: Generosity across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 13 stone pieces representing the 13 regions of the Kingdom, adorned with Sadu patterns, palm motifs, and the Saudi coffee cup. Sadu and palm trees are registered as intangible cultural heritage by UNESCO. “Madahil” means places where you find generosity and hospitality.

Colors and Location: White stone and antique golden copper with gold leaf. The work was created in Riyadh.
