HOW WE DO IT?

✅ Customer’s Concern
✅ Initial Inspection - This is done before we address the concern. This includes checking of the unit; may it be an AC, appliance, a service or a contract.
✅ Troubleshooting - Then we will find the issue or what causes the issue.
✅ Job Card - All findings will be recorded and discuss it to the customer. Also, the technician will give recommendations on what service should be done to address the concern. But the customer is still the one to decide.
✅ Once the service is done, the customer is required to pay 100% of the bill. Otherwise, the release will be on hold.
✅ After the service, all units will be covered with a 7-day service warranty. This doesn’t include the parts bought for the services.
