🚻🚽BANYO REVIEW TIME!

This restroom from AUE looks way too elegant to be just a restroom!

Pagpasok pa lang, may lounge area na may couch, ledge table, at stools - parang hotel lobby!
Sa loob, makikita mo ang wash area na sobrang linis at spacious, with marble counters, warm lighting, at modern mirrors.

May counter at cabinetry pa na hindi ko sure kung para saan — baka janitorial o attendant’s area? At syempre, ang cubicle area, sobrang neat at minimalist - parang high-end office o airport restroom.
Ang ganda ng design, ang linis ng ex*****on, at pertect ang layout.

Question: kung ipapakita ko lang sa’yo ang mga clips na ‘to...
mahuhulaan mo bang restroom pala ito?

BANYO REVIEW: Greenbelt 3 – Pangmayamang Comfort Room

Kung may tinatawag na designer restroom, ito na ’yon! Matatagpuan sa loob ng Greenbelt 3, na kilala sa mga luxury stores, kaya hindi rin nagpahuli ang CR nila sa level ng karangyaan.

✨ Disenyo at Estilo:
Modern luxury ang peg — malilinis na linya, muted na kulay, at kombinasyon ng marble at wood finish. Ang ilaw, hindi masakit sa mata pero nagbibigay ng hotel feels. Yung black accents sa ceiling? Panalo, nagbibigay ng contrast at depth sa buong space.

🧱 Materiales at Detalye:
Hindi tinipid — marble countertops, matte wall panels, at accent lighting sa urinals. May mga bulaklak pa sa countertop, pang aesthetic points! Pati yung waiting area na may upuan at salamin, parang lounge sa spa — perfect mag-ayos o magpahinga saglit.

🚽 Linis at Gamit:
Malinis, maayos, at well-maintained. Walang amoy, walang talsik, at mukhang regular ang maintenance. Yung fixtures mukhang bago pa. May vibe na “dito mo gustong mag-retouch, hindi magmadali.”

💡 Overall Impression:
Sakto sa imahe ng Greenbelt — classy, elegant, at hindi basta-basta. Hindi lang siya restroom; isa rin siyang part ng luxury experience.

Verdict: CR pa lang, sosyal na. Pwede kang mag-mirror selfie nang hindi nahihiya. Greenbelt-level cleanliness and style!

Ang banyo na ito ay may modern minimal style na may halong warm at eleganteng dating.
Ang light gray na tiles ay nagbibigay ng malinis at preskong pakiramdam, habang ang wood finish ng cabinet ay nagdadagdag ng init at natural na balanse sa espasyo.
Ang gold/brass na gripo at shower fixtures ay nagbibigay ng classy at hotel-inspired look.

Hindi lang basta CR... ito ay isang
karanasang puno ng elegance at detalye.
Mula sa marble countertops at ornate mirrors hanggang sa classic Victorian hallway-ramdam mo ang Disney magic kahit sa restroom.

10/10 sa design, ginhawa, at kalinisan.

Sa bahay na ito, malinaw ang goal ng homeowner: isang banyo na fresh, malinis tingnan, at madaling gamitin araw-araw—walang arte, pero may character.

Client’s Want
Gusto ng may-ari ang isang simple at relaxing bathroom na madaling i-maintain. Mahalaga rin ang maayos na flow ng galaw, sapat na storage, at isang space na parang hotel ang pakiramdam kahit pang-bahay.

Designer’s Solution
Pinili ng designer ang modern minimalist style—clean white surfaces na sinamahan ng warm wood accents para hindi malamig sa mata.
• Ang glass shower enclosure ay nagpapalawak ng visual space
• Ang floating vanity ay nagbibigay ng linis at gaan sa overall look
• Ang open shelving ay praktikal pero aesthetically balanced
• Soft, recessed lighting para sa calm at premium na ambiance
