This space was envisioned through a balance of soft contemporary detailing, warm walnut textures, sculptural lighting, and curated material compositions that bring depth and elegance into every corner.

In the heart of Riyadh, Al Maathar district, this villa was designed with a soft modern approach, using smooth curves and clean lines to create a sense of comfort from the first glance

The material palette was carefully selected, light stone tones paired with warm bronze accents reflect sunlight in a subtle way, creating a balance between elegance and simplicity, while large glass openings connect the interior with the landscape naturally

Details were the key element, from hidden lighting to the spatial flow, to the entrance landscape that creates a unique arrival experience

This double height living hall is centered around a dramatic marble feature wall and a cascading sculptural chandelier that connects both levels of the space.
