Lagos Villas and apartments is a private residences and leaseable apartment development in central Lagos. The concept is derived from local construction methods and materials, whilst providing a contemporary aesthetic as well as ensuring privacy and facade tactility. The project will be one of the first of its kind in Lagos and shall become a benchmark for future design in the city.

OmtoArchitects are Proud to share our newly installed Media Wall at Dubai Festival Plaza Mall using new brand new lighting technology from China - the first to be implemented in the UAE. The LED strip pixels are Geo-mapped onto a DMX controller where full HD videos can be formatted and displayed. For this Project, the average gap between the Vertical strips is 300mm, aligned with the existing mesh of the car park elevation. The Media Wall is the longest in the UAE - spanning over 120m. The system is significantly cheaper than typical LED screens over the same surface area. The main goal of the project was to gain attention for the Mall from passing traffic on Sheikh Zayed Road.

OmtoArchitects developed the original Design intent in partnership with The Ministry Of Light and in coordination with the Al-Futtaim Retail Development Team. We Imported, Delivered and Installed the product and Managed the Handover process.

The OmtoArchitects team developed the design and technical documentation for a luxury Villa in Riyadh in partnership with our sub-consultants.

The project already had an existing structural design and work on site had already begun in the basement area. Therefore, the architectural and interior design work had to respect existing column and beam locations. This posed challenges and difficulties, but the result was a success.

The OmtoArchitects team used BIM technology for the entire project including all MEP services. This process allowed for three-dimensional representation of the piping and ducting to avoid clashes and coordination issues that typically occur when projects like these are only designed in plan.

The OmtoArchitects Team is proud to present a new Villa Design for Mohammed Bin Rashid City in Dubai, located adjacent to the Crystal Lagoon. The Masterplan design criteria was respected and followed plus the client programme of areas, incorporated. The Master Bedroom suite cantilevers towards the lagoon as the living space below opens out onto an external terrace connecting into a luxurious private pool.
