This nursery project was truly special.
Being able to accompany each stage in a family’s life fills my heart with gratitude and love — and that’s exactly what happened here. After completing the apartment project, I was invited to design the baby’s nursery: a cosy space created to adapt as the child grows.
The changing table can be removed without altering the lower bench, which will later serve as a surface for drawing and play. The storage boxes, which for now are filled with nappies (and there are plenty of those, aren’t there?), will eventually become toy boxes and can make room for small activity chairs.
Shades of green and beige provided the foundation for the pink, blue and terracotta tones of the lamps, while the use of wood added warmth and comfort to the space, engaging the senses.

Projeto mais que especial foi este quartinho de bebê.
Acompanhar cada etapa da vida de uma família enche meu coração de gratidão e amor — e foi exatamente isso que aconteceu neste caso. Depois do projeto do apartamento, fui convidada a elaborar o quartinho da bebê: um espaço aconchegante, pensado para se transformar conforme o crescimento da criança.
O trocador pode ser removido sem alterar a bancada inferior, que futuramente servirá de apoio para desenhos e brincadeiras. As caixas organizadoras, que hoje guardam fraldas (e haja fraldas, não é?), se transformarão em caixas de brinquedos e poderão dar lugar a cadeirinhas de atividades.
Os tons de verde e bege serviram de base para receber o rosa, o azul e o terracota das luminárias, enquanto a madeira trouxe aconchego e estimulou os sentidos dentro do ambiente.
