At this 9000 sq. ft. Dubai Hills villa, that moment belongs to a custom chandelier by Sylcom. 150 hand-blown glass pieces, 75 clear,
75 smoked, suspended across a double height ceiling in an X formation that reveals itself completely when you look up.

Decorative lighting playing a defining role across the home.

At Yogesh Villa, each piece was curated to shape the atmosphere of the space differently, from the 150-piece custom chandelier by Sylcom suspended within the double-height volume to the Glo pendant clusters by Penta bringing focus into the dining and lounge areas.

Rather than relying on a single statement piece, the lighting moves through the villa in layers, with every element introducing its own character, scale, and mood while still feeling visually connected throughout the home.

From the Panzeri Dip floor lamp in the main living area to the Woody suspended lamp in the office and the Croma floor lamp by Lodes in the lounge, every piece contributes quietly to the overall experience of the space.

A four bedroom penthouse in Downtown Dubai, and every lighting decision made to match that standard.

In the living room area, the Wonder pendant cluster by Penta was chosen to anchor the space without competing with the view beyond it. A composition of clear and smoked glass at varying heights just brings the whole space together without overdoing anything.

Every fixture in this apartment went through the same conversation. What does this space need to feel like and what is the right product to deliver that.

A penthouse where every space had its own lighting requirements and every space demanded something different.

The staircase is anchored by a cluster of 40 Nostalgia pendants by Lodes, cascading at varying heights across the full double ceiling. It is the moment that sets the tone for everything that follows.

The living room is where the layering shows most clearly. Delumina by DCW Editions and Zero Square by Panzeri sit alongside cove lighting and precision downlights, each layer doing a specific job, all complementing each other perfectly.

The bar is lit by Pyrite by Bomma. A fixture chosen to give that space its own identity within the apartment, warmer, more intimate, distinct from the rooms around it.

A single space carrying Chopard, Hublot, TAG Heuer, Dior, and Messika under one roof. Each brand with its own identity. Each product with its own expectation of how it should be seen.

9,000 square feet of luxury residential space in Dubai Hills Parkways.

Every area specified with intention.
Every fixture chosen for what that specific space needed to feel like.

The dining area called for something that could anchor the room without overwhelming it. Glo by Penta, a
cascading cluster of mirroring forever finish glass spheres at varying heights was specified for exactly that reason.

Some collections are not designed.
They are built, one glass component at a time.

This is Rezzonico by .

A Venetian collection that has been made the same way for centuries. Risers, pyramids, flowers, leaves, cups, each one shaped by hand using pliers, scissors, and pulls by master glassmakers in Murano.

The largest chandelier in this collection is made of over 800 individual glass components.
Every single one made by hand.

That is not a production process. That is a craft that takes a lifetime to learn.

Rezzonico exists in chandeliers, pendants, and wall sconces, which means it can carry through an entire space without repeating itself.
