Abanos is progressing steadily on Bridge District Arlo at Dubai Creek Harbour, Emaar’s contemporary residential development, with 27% of works successfully completed. Our scope includes the fabrication and installation of wooden doors, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, vanity units, wall paneling, skirting, architraves, and other custom-made interior woodwork items, contributing to the project's refined residential environment. The project is scheduled for completion on 31 May 2027.

With a built-up area of 88,399 m², ARLO offers a collection of thoughtfully designed 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments alongside 3-bedroom townhouses. Nestled within the vibrant waterfront community of Dubai Creek Harbour, the development combines contemporary architecture, elegant interiors, and lifestyle-focused amenities, creating a seamless balance between urban connectivity and tranquil creekside living. Expansive windows, private balconies, and carefully curated finishes further enhance the living experience, while providing residents with a modern and sophisticated retreat.

In 2025, Abanos successfully delivered bespoke joinery solutions for the prestigious Kempinski Residences (La Reserve), a residential development by Swiss Property Development, located in Dubai Healthcare City Phase 2, Al Jaddaf, UAE.

As the joinery contractor, Abanos crafted and installed a range of high-end interior elements designed to enhance the project’s premium residential experience. As part of the scope, Abanos delivered custom-built wardrobes, elegant vanity units, refined wooden wall claddings, sleek doors, and bespoke furniture pieces, all manufactured with precision craftsmanship and attention to detail to complement the project’s luxurious architectural vision.

Spanning a Built-Up Area (BUA) of 67,208 m², the development reflects a seamless integration of timeless elegance, modern functionality, and elevated interior aesthetics. Through meticulous ex*****on, Abanos contributed to creating sophisticated spaces that embody comfort, exclusivity, and contemporary luxury.

Abanos is progressing steadily on AVA by Omniyat, the ultra-luxury residential landmark located in the heart of Palm Jumeirah, with 77% of works successfully completed. Our scope includes complete interior fit-out works and bespoke joinery solutions, tailored to the unique design language of each residence, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality across the development.

Developed by Omniyat, AVA comprises 16 exclusive residences and a Sky Palace. The three- and four-bedroom homes feature 13-ft high ceilings and expansive panoramic windows, offering 270-degree uninterrupted views of the Dubai skyline and Palm Jumeirah.

The project is being delivered in collaboration with Innovo Build UAE as the main contractor, with architectural and interior design by U+A Ultra Architectural Consultancy and Portia Fox Design.

Abanos has been appointed to deliver the fit-out and joinery works for Palace Residences Creek Blue, an elegant residential development located within the vibrant waterfront destination of Dubai Creek Harbour by Emaar.

With a total built-up area of 98,243 m², Palace Residences Creek Blue reflects a new standard of modern waterfront living, set within an ultra-modern, stylish, and pedestrian-friendly neighbourhood that aligns with Dubai’s sustainable urban character. The development will feature a collection of meticulously designed 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, thoughtfully crafted to blend contemporary aesthetics with expansive outdoor spaces, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

Each residence is designed as a refined retreat, showcasing high-quality finishes, contemporary kitchens, luxurious bathrooms, and spacious living areas complemented by expansive windows that invite abundant natural light and frame stunning views. Private balconies extend the living space outward, enhancing the connection between elegant interiors and the surrounding waterfront landscape.

Abanos’ scope includes the fabrication and installation of wooden doors, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, vanity units, and other miscellaneous joinery items. The project is being developed by Emaar/Dubai Creek Harbour Development, designed by Mirage/SSH, and constructed by Engineering Contracting Company.

In 2015, Abanos played a key role in shaping Dubai Design District (d3), a landmark project that stands as a hub for creativity and innovation. Our scope covered full fit-out, bespoke joinery, FF&E, lighting, and sanitary works, bringing the design vision to life.

Spanning 15,000 m², the project focused on the South and Core blocks. With careful attention to the Front of House, Lobby areas, corridors, general washrooms, ceilings, and flooring, we ensured that every detail reflected the district’s dynamic energy and forward-thinking spirit.
