Our Factory is situated in the Industrial Area # 2 in Sharjah where we have a workshop admeasuring 10,000 square feet. We also have accommodation for 100 labourers. Our workshop is well equipped with all necessary equipments like generators, drill machines, grinders, guns, cutters, etc. We also Supply Gypsum Materials such as Gypsum Cornice, Gypsum Concealed Cornice, Moulding, Arches, Sheets, Cast Columns and many other related cast products. Brief History of Gypsum
Gypsum is a thousand years old material that man has been using since 7000 B.C… extracting it from the “Stone of Gypsum”. Today, connected with glass fibers, for reinforcement and mixed with other constructive materials, gypsum grants the final product the possibility of many forms and shapes for technical, decorative or artistic use. This noble material opens wide the door for the creator’s imagination and innovation. It is incombustible, easily shaped, enduring, provides the space proper acoustics and most of all, is healthy for people’s living environment. Gypsum Plaster boards, gypsum and other co-operating materials provide the capability of erecting quick and difficult constructions that endure as long as the buildings themselves. Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC)
Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) is a thin section concrete that uses Alkali Resistant glass fibres for reinforcement as opposed to traditional steel. The fact that the fibres will not rust like steel means that there is no real requirement for “cover” and no problems associated with the lack of it. As such it is possible to make lightweight elements that have impressive structural qualities yet save up around 65-75% of the weight of a solid unit. Advantages of GRC
Choosing GRC at the design stage can lead to savings in both structural and foundation costs, and yet yield the following advantages:

GRC was first developed in Western Europe. Now it is being widely and successfully used in the construction industry throughout the world. A composite material, glass reinforced concrete (GRC) is a matrix of cement and fine aggregate reinforced with alkali resistant glass fibres which add flexural, tensile and impact strength to the finished product. This allows the production of strong and lightweight material with considerable applications for architectural and civil engineering structures. Its high strength to weight ratio delivers obvious structural advantages along with lower transport and er****on costs. With no steel reinforcing, and the absence of any corrosive effect, maintenance is minimized. GRC offers flexibility and freedom of design along with the ability to form complex shapes and has potential for improved surface detail and quality of finish in both refurbishing or renovating projects as well as new structures. Flexibility of form and texture give a wider range of choice to the designer, and the lightness of composition makes installation faster and easier. GRC’s high resistance to the effects of weather and other adverse conditions, its non combustibility and the fact that its surface nature allows the easy application of various finishes makes GRC a highly versatile product. The material is used for cladding in industrial, commercial and residential building; GRC in terms of buildings’ designs offers opportunities where traditional materials are unable to meet specifications or cannot fulfill the requirements at an economic cost. GRC is ideal for the Arabic and Islamic architecture & Exterior decorations.
• It offers high thermal insulation when used in conjunction with suitable core materials such as Polystyrene, Polyurethane or Phenolic Forms.
• A high quality surface finish can be achieved, thus eliminating the need for further treatment or maintenance. The mechanical properties of GRC can vary from their initial levels with time depending upon the working environment. In dry conditions there is little change but in moist or wet conditions, there is some loss of tensile and impact strength. The long-term strength levels are well known and are taken into consideration in the design levels used. Architects decorators and designers throughout the world are convinced of the exceptional technical specifications and infinite possibilities offered by GRC for interior and exterior uses with a highly decorative appeal. With great pride we could say that we did the interior Decoration of the Shangrila hotel Reception, at Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. We did the Decoration with great care and finest finishes so the design of sand-dunes makes you feel that you are virtually visualizing a scene of desert sand-dunes. Al Thuraya Satellite Control Room at Al Dhaid:
In this project also, we were specially invited to do the dome work in the Satellite Control Room. The Specific oval shaped dome was of 15.5 Dia, that very few other companies could do. Even the project Consultants & Main Contractor were quite amazed at the speed and technique that we adapted to cast and place the dome in perfect configuration at very high Ceiling.
