We have started construction of 2 new villas in Al Awir in Dubai.
Though, we are new in construction field, our determination and perseverance will guide us through in our new venture !!

We carried out more than 10,000 m2 of concrete repairs and restoration works, +100,000 m2 of Traffic Coating, Demolition and Re -construction of Traffic Islands and Ramps, Traffic Signage, Traffic Markings and Directional Chevrons for entire DUBAI MALL Car Parking Buildings with a floor area of 650,000 m2 ( CINEMA, FASHION and GRAND Parking Buildings). Installed S.S and PU Safety Bollards for Promenade and Fashion Avenue Walkway , Waitrose Super Market, Ice Rink etc.

CSTC also assisted major contractors like DUTCO BALAFOUR BEATTY and AL FUTTAIM CARILLION for timely ex*****on of Traffic Diversions and Remediation works to enable their Construction activities for Expansion of DUBAI MALL.

Synthetic Turf /Artificial Grass Practice Pitches.
The Problem : Cementitious underlay failed ( de-bonded in many places ) producing uneven bounce and sometime dead pitches.

The solution : Removed the synthetic turf .
Removed the Faulty Underlay and Replaced with 5 mm - URAGARD TF- Polyurethane Mortar Screed from FOSROC - PU screed has tenacious adhesion, great mechanical strengths ( Compressive, Flexural and Tensile) and has excellent thermal stability .. It can withstand Daily and Seasonal Thermal Changes and Intermittent Thermal shocks in case regular steam cleaning.
The PU mortar screed fulfilled the requirements for a repair mortar , underlay and corrected floor levels with positive drains to the sides.

New Synthetic Turf was re-laid with special PU Synthetic Turf Adhesive from MAPEI.

The Total System has a Product /Workmanship and Performance
Warranty of Minimum 10 years

The new Pitches ( 8 of them ) is really performing well. International Teams PAKISTAN and SOUTH AFRICA and all teams competing for qualification in 20/20 World Cup have already trained on these surfaces ..
