Muslim pilgrims (Hujjaj) have started climbing Mount Mercy on the plains of Arafat while performing the rituals of annual pilgrimage Hajj, outside the holy city of Makkah Al Mukkaramah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
Remember, Mount Arafat or Mount Arafah is a granite hill east of Mecca in the plain of Arafat. Arafat is a plain about 20km southeast of Mecca. Mount Arafat reaches about 70m in height and is also known as the Mount of Mercy.
