Located in Vlora, The Cosmopolitan Tower is a mixed-use residential development defined by its dynamic volumetric composition.

Interlocking horizontal planes and deep, cantilevered slabs create a sculptural rhythm of staggered terraces. This thoughtful play of solid and void balances heavy structural mass with light, floor-to-ceiling glazing, providing residents with expansive, green outdoor spaces.

A contemporary landmark where architectural ambition meets functional, human-scale design.

"The Grand Ballroom" in Tirana is a monumental spherical structure over 100 meters in diameter that integrates a 6,000-seat sports arena with residential, hotel, and retail functions.
The building’s innovative rounded form avoids rear façades while tapering at the base to create public plazas and at the top to provide expansive terraces for residents. Internally, the functions are arranged in layers, featuring a unique hotel with views into the arena through a central oculus and apartments set within a double-shell structure that forms a lush, semi-outdoor courtyard garden. This iconic landmark serves as a temple to sport and community, utilizing its distinctive shape to accommodate a dense program on a small site while connecting the city to the action within.
