Introducing our latest project: Kids Town ! As the project's name suggests, we aimed to create a mini town where kids could have quality time with friends. Despite the limited space: 150 square meters, we were able to incorporate the main public spots of a classic retro town:

🍔🍟 Diner/Café
💆‍♀️🎀 Beauty salon
🎯🪀 Gaming zone
Throughout the space you'll spot hints of other town-like touches, like the WC designed with a nod to public transportation.
We enjoyed working on this project and bring this space to the little guests!

Introducing one of our latest designs in the hotel industry: Forest1961 Boutique Hotel & Restaurant, located in the heart of , , just steps away from the Dendropark. Our team took on the challenge of revamping an existing two-story Soviet-era building, by adding an extra floor and extending the ground floor to create a multipurpose zone that, despite the limited surface, serves as the reception, cantina, restaurant and a cozy lounge zone with a fireplace.

The goal was to create a French Alpine chalets aesthetics while mixing elements from midcentury boho and 20s, 60s - 70s European vintage design. All the furniture and lighting are custom-made to give the space a truly unique vibe✨️

Shoin-zukuri, a style of Japanese architecture that forms the basis of todav's traditional-stvle Japanese house, preceded by several centuries the modernist architecture movement that emerged in the eariv 20th century in Europe, and yet share several characteristics such as open floor plans and clean, minimalist spaces.
We have subtly blended European and Japanese design elements to create a chic yet inviting space imbued with a sense of mid-century modern elegance.

To add variety and visual interest to townhouses at TESARAN RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX, we created two townhouse options that play with different shapes and textures while using the same materials, adding variety and visual interest to the community.

The first option is inspired by the mid century modern style while the smaller townhouses reflect the boho style with elegant stucco finish contrasting with rustic, industrial rusted metal accents. Both options boast clean lines, expansive windows, and abundant natural light, providing a balance between form and function.

When designing TESARAN RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX, we paid special attention to the community spaces. Our team carefully crafted a range of outdoor spaces, including a playground, jogging track, pool, pump track, and park, to allow residents of all ages and interests to come together and enjoy the outdoors.

Beyond our renowned designs for the HoReCa industry, we take pride in our expertise in residential and building design. Introducing our latest project: TESARAN RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX, a modern residential district in Qanaqeravan, Armenia.

Our design draws inspiration from traditional Armenian materials. We used natural stones and the contrast between modern, polished travertine and the raw form of stone cladding. We combined it with stucco and wood, to create a unique aesthetic that is both timeless and contemporary.

Step into a nostalgic wonderland with our latest design for Sirelis Restaurant, transporting you back in time to the mid-century modern vibes of

Our goal was to create a warm and inviting atmosphere that evokes a sense of nostalgia and familiarity. We drew inspiration from the city's iconic landmarks and architecture, with each detail carefully designed to take you back in time and feel the warmth of old Yerevan.

Our design incorporates a modern twist on architectural styles from the 20th and 21st centuries. To add texture and warmth to the space, we used plywood, reminiscent of the cabinetry and furniture from the 70s.

Our team worked closely with Sirelis team. Together, we brought their vision to life by carefully crafting every detail, from the color scheme to the lighting. Through discussions and a seamless partnership, we ensured that each element of the space complemented the overall design. Hints of iconic places like the Philharmonic Hall's ceiling can be seen in the interior, adding to the overall charm of the space.

Spotlight on this element of .am on Cascade, . The task was to enhance the space with a special element that would shield the area from the hustle and bustle of the busy street, while adding to the overall aesthetic of the neighborhood.

To seamlessly integrate the new addition into the environment, we opted for travertine, the dominant material in Cascade complex as if it is part of the art pieces of the Cafesjian Center. This not only achieves a cohesive look but also fulfills the functional needs of Umami.

Umami is a good example of how it is possible to arrange a quite small area into a functional, cozy yet visually unique space. Working closely with Umami's founder we came up with a concept of utilizing vivid contrast colors and pixelated geometry to create an authentic Pan-Asian ambiance. Every corner of this space is designed with geometry in mind - from the custom made glossy hatching floor to the bar and door slopes.

We played not only with shapes but also with light adding vibe to the space.

We used red as an accent color to add a pop of vibrancy, but also softened all the corners in the space to bring balance. Each corner was carefully crafted to create a cohesive design that ties everything together.

For De Angelo Yerevan café in , Armenia our team was tasked with creating a space that combined the modern Italian bistro vibe with the iconic aesthetic of New York City's brasseries and Parisian cafés while capturing the buzz and energy of bustling Italian community meeting spots in the Big Apple.

Every element was created to transport visitors to another time and place. The vaste bar, with its white glossy tiles inspired by the iconic aesthetic of New York's and Paris's metro stations, is the centerpiece of the space and bringings the whole design together.

The result is a space that captures the essence of both Parisian and Italian culture, and has quickly become one of Yerevan's most instagrammable and beloved spots.
