Responsibilities:
‣ Lead the design and development of apartment building projects, leveraging your expertise in Revit and other relevant software.
‣ Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors throughout all phases of project delivery to ensure seamless ex*****on.
Requirements:
‣ Proficiency in Revit and other relevant software such as AutoCAD.
‣ Strong portfolio showcasing a range of multi-family residential projects, from concept to completion.
‣ Thorough understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques related to apartment building design.
