Another hectic week with a day filled with deliveries tomorrow.

Polished off a multi-day job for a customer constructing an Alpine Spas AU Barrel sauna.

Has to be said these are awesome sauna but they are a multistage assembly and requires hours to complete

Is your Ozone Generator actually working???

Did you know a spa ozone generator (or ozonator) injects ozone gas into spa water, acting as a powerful, natural sanitizer and oxidizer that breaks down contaminants like oils, lotions, and bacteria. By oxidizing these impurities, it helps keep water crystal clear, reduces the need for chemical sanitizers like chlorine by up to 50%–70%, and prevents odours.

The key thing is the only last between 3-5 years so chances are if you have a spa that is older than 3 years your ozone is no longer working and you don’t even know about it.

First day back after a much needed family holiday.

Big shout out to all the customers and industry partners that made 2025 a successful year. Here is a snippet of the work we did.

In a nutshell;
We serviced over 1000 customers
Delivered over 100 spas
Assisted in 5 major custom design projects for customers from bare dirt to a finished spa area

2026 is going to be an even bigger year with a focus on maximising customer experience. Brand development and workforce expansion. Better social media interaction including tips and tricks for customers.

I once again thank every customer for helping us build the business towards a leading spa and pool business SA and the only one of its kind that offers complete customer service from site consultation, delivery and all facets of servicing.

Been a hectic week and been a bit s**t on the socials.

Thought I’d share the lengths we go to for customers. Recently installed a Henden complete automated system and heater on a pool and identified a failed 3 way valve that had been leaking for some time and also missing a handle

Came back today using the junior technician Cohen and plugged the pool and changed over the Valve.

Nightmare of a job but another one on the cards
