This ceiling decided it didn’t want to stay up anymore. The insurance company was called to undertake a make safe to prevent it from collapsing. Excel home improvements removed the dropped ceiling and replaced it with a new one. All flushed, sanded and painted.

Excel Home Improvements working with JPS lifts. Altering a 100 plus year old home in north Adelaide. The old lift didn’t comply a wasn’t safe. So a new lift was installed. The doorways were too small. We had to make the openings wider to allow for the new doors. We managed to re use most of the old architraves and skirtings. A few decorative touches to match the existing doors. Another happy customer.
