Ask anyone who's renovated and you'll hear the same thing - the storage upgrades are the ones you never regret.

A fixed shelf wastes the whole back half of a deep cabinet because you can't reach it. A pull-out tray slides the entire thing toward you, roughly doubling what that cabinet actually holds.

Not glamorous. Not the thing guests notice first. But the upgrade you'll appreciate every single day for the next twenty years.

Here's a small thing that turns out to be a big thing: a clear benchtop.

Almost everyone we build for says the same thing about their old kitchen - too much stuff out, all the time, nowhere to put it. So we design for that first. Rear-panel storage built into the back of the bench gives the chargers, the mail, the everyday clutter somewhere to disappear to.

Turns out "I just want the benches clear" is one of the most common dreams there is.
