Custom made shaker style Barn Door installed in the hallway to go "matchy match" with the one i installed a couple years back. It's all about the balance 😌 matte black hardware and semi gloss "Casper White 1/4" go so well together ❤️ Price reference: 1020mm w x 2120 x 40mm all custom crafted, supplied installed and painted for $1650
At the moment can turnaround custom barn doors in 3-4 weeks. Can do single doors up to 2450 high and up to 1220 wide, doubles too (POA)

Despite the dismal weather, managed to complete repairs and painting to this heritage entry way. Damaged door jamb stops removed and replaced with Tasmanian Oak. Filling, sanding and priming as required to the rest and top coated with "Brunswick Green" to match in.

Customer was looking for a way to keep birds out of entertaining area and also hide some fence sheets. Oiled Merbau slats installed with spacing to allow air flow but not 🦜🐦🐥 and some slotted timber frames with lattice work to hide the horizontal fence sheets and to grow some climbers 🌿🌱 I think it turned out great 👍

Odd jobs day! Odd jobs dont make for the glamorous before and after pics BUT, they are no less important than fancy barn doors or entryways. Existing screen had been sitting on the ground ready for a while, today I installed some steel rails, sprayed them up satin black and installed said screen for a permanent privacy solution. Noticed some old termite damage on the post so repaired and painted that fella too. Also noted some loose capping tiles and stuck them down to round off the entry repairs. Installed 2 new downpipes to replace some very rusty and leaky old ones with some PVC and painted to match. A very accomplished Friday. If youve got a list of bits and pieces, id love to help you check them off ✔️ im out for the weekend, hope you all have a great one 🍻 ✌️

This front entry had been plagued with movement issues from build, causing the door to either stick or blow open with rare days of normal operation. After a few "warranty" attempts from the builder, the home owner decided it was my turn.
Doors removed only to find 16mm screws in the undersized hinges, frame strengthed with some carefully placed 125mm screws, dowel installed in the blown out screw holes. Bar handles removed, holes patched and primed. New lever handle and deadlock set installed, along with matte black 100mm hinges. All finished off with matching semi gloss for the interior and Weathershield "Monument" for the exterior. Back to brand new and using the front door like a normal person 😄

Adding an extra bedroom was a simple one here. Double opening to this toy room was framed up, Sound Shield insulation installed, light switch moved (thanks Solaress Electrical & Solar Systems). New door way cut in on hallway side, frame and door installed. All flushed and painted ready for a lucky lad who no longer has to share a bedroom.
New wall with extra bracing ready for a wall mount tv too.
No need for multiple trades, just contact me and I organise the rest if i cant do it myself. Have a great weekend everyone. Bookings only 6 ish weeks out atm.
