Hello, it's been a while. Life's been a hectic with teaching and Cassie's surf training and carnivals.

I'm excited about some upcoming trips and a visit from my bro, who's heading to Australia for the first time.

Where are your top places to visit in SA?

Locally, I'm a fan of Port Willunga beach and Star of Greece. There are heaps of great wineries, but Lazy Ballerina's a fave.

I also love a day trip to Hahndorf.

As you can see from the photo, even I have cluttered areas, and my bag's a disaster. ( the 2 weird looking fruits are passion fruit 😜)
All my sunglasses are very scratched and too big for my head and fall off!!

I've ordered a new bag with lots of pockets! Stay tuned for a bag update!

🎉I'm so excited to have finished a huge photo organising project.

📷 When my mum emigrated to Australia at the start of the year, I took on the task of sorting through all her photos, cards and letters. I've also created a beautiful photo book to mark my mum's 60th birthday, which took a lot of time and effort but was well worth it.

I used containers from Kmart and created the book through Photobook. I've been making books since 2013 and I try to make one every year. I still need to catch up with 2024 and this year, and I'd also love to make a photo book of my childhood.

🌱♻️ It's National Recycling Week!
Have you spotted our new recycling hub at the Woodcroft Community Centre? You'll find it inside next to the Customer Relations counter. The centre is where the library and the Woodcroft-Morphett Vale Neighbourhood Centre are located.

It's here to make recycling those hard to recycle things easier than ever.

What you can now drop off:
✔️ Pens and markers
✔️ Coffee capsules (please rinse first)
✔️ Razors
✔️ Reading glasses
✔️ Dental and beauty product packaging that cannot go in your yellow bin
✔️ Mobile phones, floppy disks and more (remember to wipe your data first)

🌿 We’re also teaming up with the centre's Waste Not store to find creative ways to reuse materials and create less waste in our community.

A friendly reminder: please keep a close eye on little ones. It is a recycling station, not a lucky dip! 😅

Batteries can still be recycled at Woodcroft too. For safety they are behind the front counter so please ask staff to assist you.

We’re currently collecting input to help shape the future of the station. If you have feedback or suggestions we would love to hear them. Chat with the team at the front counter.

I am grateful to still be working in a field that I am truly passionate about and recognise the positive impact it has on individuals' lives. As my schedule is fully booked until the end of the year, I am maintaining a waiting list for any cancellations. Hello

Thought it would be a good opportunity to introduce myself to my new followers

A little about my story...

We ( myself, Chris and a 1 year old 4 year old) arrived in Adelaide from London in January 2019 and after settling in and completing an online professional organiser course I opened up my business in July 2019, over this time I have worked with a selection of clients, some NDIS, Aged care and private clients. I love my job and feel that I am making a positive impact to people's lives by helping them get back in control of their 🏠

A few facts about me...

🌞 I love musicals and have enjoyed seeing many shows with my mum in London
🌞 I enjoy 💃 salsa dancing
🌞 I try to stay fit/ healthy by doing yoga, walking my 🐶lots and recently have been completing 5km Park runs
🌞 I have no sense of direction and frequently lose my car in car parks! 🤪

This week I worked with a client who needed help sortong out her daughters play room area. We had an Ikea tray unit to use which was great but lots of the boxes wouldn't fit in so we took out the contents and put into zip lock bags into the trays.

We found that many of the boxes were very large with only a few small items inside Eg. Bracelet making kit.

Hopefully the craft kits are now easily accessible and lots of fun will be had whilst creating. 🎨🧵🪡
