Final post and Job completed from Paul's Plumbing plus in Coromandel Valley this week.

An en suite Reno included demo,1st fix plumbing, waterproofing,wall and floor tiling,taking out 2 X windows and installing an in wall sliding door system,2nd fix customer supplied toilet suite,1800mm vanity and Matt black tapware and shower system.

Thanks again so much to ALL my customers past and present and also my family for their support of PPP over the last 5 years.

I've been carrying out some renovations at Marcellina-North Adelaide.
Works included some painting,Tiling,replacing some of the shop flooring with vinyl, organising some stone bench tops and installing some stainless steel shelving to make the kitchen more functional.Works will continue soon on their outdoor dining area ready for some spring sunshine.

I have made a difficult decision to close Paul's Plumbing plus after nearly 5 years in business.My last day will be 13/8/21.

I am looking forward to starting a new chapter with Brown and son Plumbing and gas 8367 8383,also can be found here on Facebook, from 23/8/21 were I will be continuing my work and expertise with the support of a great team.

I want to thank,from the bottom of my heart, all my family,customers,Merchants & friends who have supported me or used my services and recommended me over the years.

I will post my last few jobs on here over the next few weeks before I finish up.Be safe everyone.

I've just completed an ensuite in Burnside.
Works included: demo,first fix hot/cold water,
Building a nib wall between shower and new vanity with an inbuilt niche,
Waterproofing and tiling floor,
Tiling all walls from floor to ceiling to include a lot of Mitred edges,
Second fix new 1200mm wall hung 2 draw vanity,stone bench top,new shower riser rail combo,chrome towel rails,750mm X 1100mm shaving cabinet all from Highgrove bathrooms-Mile end.11days to complete👍

I've just completed an new ensuite in Bull Creek.
- complete new underfloor waste pipework setup,screeding and waterpoofing,
-Wall and floor tiling over underfloor electric floor heating,
-second fix freestanding bath,vanity,toilet(with an in wall cistern)Shower screen and tapware.
It looks 5* with an awesome view over the hills from the customers new bath.

I've just completed a bathroom tidy up and shower base/wall replacement ready for the customer to sell their property.
-Replaced damaged shower base and water damaged wall and wood studs,
-installed a niche and waterproofed shower floor and walls,
-Re tiled shower alcove walls and floor and around bath in a white subway tile,
-Re painted ceiling and walls,
Thanks to instant shower screen for installing a nice semi frameless shower screen at short notice.

I have almost completed this epic job at Marcellina Pizza in Darlington!
-Works included re tiling the main service counter fronts with a black subway tile,
-Fixing multiple roof leaks,
-Repairing water damaged gyprock ceilings and painting them, both in the main shop front and in their function room,
-Replacing and painting the menu boards and installing LCD T.V screens,
-Replacing the old black carpet to shop entrance and installing a nice new Jarrad looking floor vinyl,
-Replacing all the old downlighters inside shop, thanks to Gregory electrical,
-Replacing the shops signage and banners out front and new window wrap, Thanks to Aberfoyle signs and lettering,
-Repainting the toilet rooms,
-Digging up the old concrete path out the front and installing new decking for outside dinning,
-Re painting all the shop front outside black and the veranda ceiling white with new down lights.

Completion of an upstairs ensuite in Aberfoyle Park.
Water was leaking into bathroom downstairs,when I took the floor up the cement board had broken in two as it wasn't supported properly.
Works included:
-New 15mm compressed cement board floor with extra wood batons to support it,
-Alterations to hot/cold pipework for a new mixer tap and ceiling shower head,
-Cement board walls re installed with a nice shower alcove niche,
-waterproofed and rescreeded floor
-floor and walls re tiled,grouted and silicone sealed,
-New vanity,toilet and shower screen installed,
-ceiling re painted to finish.

I had the privilege of transforming 2 x display alcoves at Highgrove bathrooms-Mile End this week.
A bit of first fix carpentry to build a nib wall and platform floor,tilling and some painting,oh and fixed a few roof leaks!!

Thanks to all the guys for giving me the opportunity to show off some of my work in your showroom👍👍

Ensuite reno completed in Hallett Cove.
Works included:Installing niche in shower alcove,re screeding all bathroom floor,waterproofing all floor and shower alcove walls,re tiling floor and walls from floor to ceiling,grouting and silicone sealing,2nd fix installing new vanity,toilet suite and tapware from beaumont tiles,re installed 55mm cornice, screen to be installed by instant shower screens.Completed in 6 days.

Completion of an ensuite and laundry Reno in Aberfoyle park.
Works included:
Full demo and bath removal,first fix hot/cold pipework for new mixer valves,altering wood in wall joist to install a niche in shower and re instate walls,re screeding part floor in shower alcove and were bath was,waterproofing ALL bathroom floor and shower alcove walls,also around laundry trough and walls,re tiling floors and walls,installing new laundry cupboards and bench top,re instated cornice,2nd fix tapware and new freestanding bath,painted part walls to tidy up and finish.This took 12 days to do both rooms.
Looks a lot brighter and fresh.
