I haven’t posted in a while as this year has been put on hold due to my deteriorating health, but I managed to do the Royal Adelaide Show Competition.
I entered 2 Cakes one in Novice and one in Intermediate

Novice was baby shower theme, which was very fitting as I was able to dedicate it to my brand new nephew who made a early arrival on the last day of the show, Coming Soon on his bottom seem fitting but just wished he arrived in time for it to say Aiden Parker Coming Soon 😊 I didn’t place which I was angry with at as I have no idea what they are looking for, I was told I was robbed. I ended up coming 5th

Intermediate I fixed up the cake I entered in Melbourne, I added my Niece name on it for a surprise, as it was her birthday during the show. She loved having her name on the cake. I also didn’t place but did come 4th which is awesome as the competition was insane 😮😮😮😮

I haven't posted in a while with all my Rhab and not being able to do cakes, but I thought I'd share that I not only do cakes to eat I do NAPPY CAKES as well, so if anyone wants one let me know and I'm happy to help design one and make it for you :) :)
These were done for my beautiful sister I law Jacquie and best friend Simone

Also wait and watch as I'm back and hoping to produce my first cake this week :)

It's been awhile since I've posted, but I've been extremely unwell and have lost the use of my left side and unable to do any of my cake decorating ATM 😥but I thought I'd share some of my very first cakes I have done. Looking back at them I have definitely come ALONG way 😂😂😂😂

Xmas cake is a traditional Xmas cake
Xmas tree is a spiced gingerbread biscuit.

Pokémon biscuits made for my Nephews 9th birthday party yesterday. Aunty Carly's famous ginger spice biscuits, that always get requested 😉😉
Pretty happy with how they turned out considering I only had a couple hours to do them and I'm still learning and perfecting my pipping skills 😊😊😊

Had the pleasure of making my best friends engagement cake.

Top tier: Chocolate mud Cake with Chocolate Ganache filling
Cupcakes: Red Velvet with Cream Cheese filling and Vanilla cupcakes with Champagne butter cream.

There was a little disaster the shoe didn't make it to the cake as it broke in transit and couldn't be repaired 😪😪😪
