His profession is an opera singer and he has sung all over the world.
So we are happy that he likes the acoustics of the new shed.

When you have a very low roof pitch, we open a lot of tiles so we can give the best possible coverage.

Folks.
Please do not squeeze as much insulation as you can into a space! This is a raked ceiling with only 100mm space. Having insulation squeezed in and touching the tiles can draw heat and moisture through, making the insulation counterproductive. Worst case scenario is the moisture and pressure applied to the gyprock can cause waves, swelling and in extreme cases... falling gyprock.

This customer would have been much better off with a 75mm layer allowing a 25mm air pocket.
This would have ensured that the hot summer roof tile isn't immediately heating up the insulation. And that moisture isn't immediately transferred.

Sometimes less is more...

When we insulate homes, we are always in and out within a day. So we don't experience the difference it makes.
Only our customers are able to let us know how effective our workmanship has been.
Thanks to this customer for the feedback.

We have advised him to run his heater at a much lower setting because the insulation will now hold a lot more heat inside overnight.
This will save his family a lot of money in the long run, and help reduce our carbon footprint.
