Full-Time Position
Can you weld Steel & Aluminium? Perfect if you can, however, if you don’t all you need is some basic knowledge & experience as we can teach you the rest.
Forza Fencing is looking for a motivated, reliable, and hardworking Fabricator to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role that's perfect for someone who enjoys variety. While fabrication is a key part of the job, you'll also assist with other tasks around the workshop, yard, and on-site when required. No two days are the same.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
• Fabricating and assembling fencing products – Gates, panels & sliding gates.
• Operating workshop tools and equipment safely.
• Loading and unloading materials.
• Assisting with general yard duties.
• Supporting installation crews and completing other tasks as required.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
What We're Looking For
• Manual driver's licence (essential).
• Previous fabrication, welding, or fencing experience is highly regarded.
• A strong work ethic and self motivated.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks.
