This insulated panel patio installed poolside in West End for our lovely clients.

Chunky 140mm merbau oiled posts with matching hardwood beams were chosen. Along with 4x downlights and a 8 blade matte black bali style fan 🍃

Eatons Hill pool deck 🏝..
This existing pool deck was beyond its years and ready for a redo. All hardwood framing with 140mm merbau laid using only the best stainless decking screws for a sleek finish. Frameless glass pool fencing was also installed to meat pool compliance. The area was then fitted with 22 recessed deck lights with Bluetooth connection, in order to add a bit of glow at night over the glass panels ✨️

First deck of the year and we have started off with a beauty. I can't wait to see what else 2024 brings 🫰

Wavell heights Azek deck all finished up.
The 'Coastline' colour was chosen for this project to tie in with the hamptons theme of the house...
New frameless glass pool fencing and a batten gate to finish it off. Really happy with this one 😁..

Summer ready 🤝..
This back pool deck was completed on short noticen due to both christmas deadlines, and due to the order of construction of this new pool build. Glass frameless pool fencing can now be installed along the perimeter of this area 👌 ..
The wider 140x19mm merbau planks are perfect in these low to ground applications, as less debris and leaves can accumulate between the boards...
This family will be getting plenty of use out of this area in these hotter months☀️

This little merbau reboard completed in The Gap a few weeks ago now. ..
This unroofed deck had seen its day, and was well and truly due for a revamp.
Went with the pre-oiled 140mm boards with stainless countersunk screws...
What a look 🙌

Day 1 completed at the new Ferny Hills floating Azek pool deck ☀️..
Deck perimeter dug and cut in
Deck footings and bearer trenches dug out..
Ready for framing installation later this week and concreting early up next week 😎
Going for a similar design to this floating slate grey azek deck that we completed nearby last year over the existing pool coping edge🙌

Only differences are the decking, pool fencing and the shape of the pool will be incorprorated into the finished design. We will be incorporating curves at both the pool edge and outer perimeter edge in order to keep the pool stairs accessibility and to provide a nice challenge 🏋

With a 50 year fade and stain warranty and 25 year product warranty on the decking choice. This families backyard will be the talk of the street for many years to come 👏

The perfect replacement to this tattered old hand nailed pool deck. All countersunk stainless screws and pre-oiled using ultradeck decking oil..

Been hard at work lately making progress on the Keong Rd retaining wall, turf and staircase job...
The existing 20+ year old wall was removed, in order to pave way for a beautiful new smokey black reinforced concrete sleeper wall (pre-sealed). Due to limited access, all the sleepers were manually transported in, adding complexity to the job, but nothing that we haven't seen before 😎..
New sirwalter turf was also installed along with geofab and underturf soil installation to bring the area back to life..
Also a custom TimberTech 'wrapped' composite decking staircase to follow.
Going with the 'Sea Salt Grey' boards for this one as we are going for the closest match to both the monument colour of the house, and the concrete wall. ..
Going to be a very special set of stairs... and I can't wait for the final look that this finished job will have to offer 😍

Warner Job progress 👷..
The main Warner job is nearing completion now with both decks concluding this week, along with their respective staircases & steps.
A couple little action photos today on decking day 2. ..
Stoked to be working with the most quality decking there is, in order to provide the cleanest and longest lasting finishes for my clients. The chosen decking for this application was Timbertech Azek vintage - English walnut. This selection was chosen because of not only its lasting properties, but also because it actually looks like a natural timber deck board. ..
Composite boards like these have a capped PVC 'capping' that ecases the material allowing for a very durable and maintenance free deck. Backed by a 50 year limited fade and stain warranty these boards do not disappoint and neither do their warranties...
Lots of tricky and detailed finishes using heat 'Coersion' on some boards shortly 🤫
Can't wait to see how it turns out 😎

Putting in the finishing touches and washing off of this family's Azek composite maintenance free deck completed last week. Boasting a 50 year fade and stain warranty... this deck will be good for many years to come, without then need for yearly oiling like traditional hardwood. ..

☀️ Getting stuck into it today ☀️..

With perfect light grey colour scheme to tie in with the soft white highlights of the house cladding and pergola... This truly is a feat that would be deemed near impossible with a natural hardwood. ..
Backed by a 50 year fade and stain warranty as well as a lifetime limited decking product warranty, this decking offers a maintenance free option to the idea of, 'outdoor living.' ..
In this application the previous deck and frame was removed and replaced, as well as an EPDM pond liner joist drainage system above the suspended deck. This was utilized in order to drain water down the pond liner baffles, into a mounted box gutter below the frame, and out of the block wall area entirely.
The perfect option for deck where a waterproof area is required below a deck...
