This room had no plumbing. No drainage. No wet area services of any kind.
It is now a fully functioning bathroom.
We converted a study in a character home in Albany, into a complete bathroom, running all drainage up the outside wall, waterproofing the shower, and fitting a custom shower screen made to follow the pitch of the vaulted ceiling. The original floorboards, ceiling, and character window stayed exactly where they were.
If your house needs another bathroom and you have a room that is not pulling its weight, let's change that and make it earn its keep.

The bath came out and a good sized semi-frameless shower went in. Before any tiling could start, we ran new drainage from outside the house under the floor to reposition the toilet correctly. It's the kind of work that adds a bit of time to a project but it's also the difference between doing it properly and doing it twice.

A dining room with no plumbing, no hot water, and no electrical. Now a fully functioning private kitchen, completely self-contained from the main house.
This granny flat kitchen conversion in Albany involved running all services from scratch, closing off the original entry points to create a fully private area, and fitting a new sliding door for independent access.
The customer came to us with a mood board. Sage green cabinetry, brass hardware, timber benchtop, handmade tiles. We handled everything from the first pipe to the finished bench.

Bathroom, toilet, and laundry renovation in Mount Elphinstone.
Raked ceiling, floor-to-ceiling tiles, custom shower niche, frameless Narrow-Reeded shower panel. New linen cupboard in the laundry. Asbestos removal and replaced all the old cast iron pipes.
