Expressions of Interest – Home Maintenance provider (Cleaning Part Time or Casual)
HGM Albany is looking to expand our home and garden maintenance service by offering cleaning services to our community elders. We are looking for people interested in this special type of cleaning support.
Responsibilities of this position will include but are not limited to:
• Mopping • Vacuuming • Dusting • Empty bins • Scrubbing • Sweeping • Window cleaning • De cobwebbing • Laundry services • Cleaning toilets and bathrooms

Essential Requirements
• Basic numeracy, written, IT and verbal communication skills relevant to the work area • Good physical fitness • Minimum C Class Driver’s Licence • Allow us to conduct an in-house Police Check • The ability to work independently and in a team • The ability to effectively communicate to a diverse range of people/ethnicity/age • Reliable, practical and able to maintain a safe and high standard of work • Sound time management and organisational skills • A current First Aid Certificate (desirable) • Fully vaccinated for COVID
