The quality of Sheds n Homes sheds and service can't be disputed after this weekends storms.
This shed under construction in the Kalgan region of Albany withstood ferocious winds and did what a lot of tree's couldn't do......
Remain standing!!!
We are very proud of our service and products and can think of no better recommendation than the one Mother nature has thrown at this shed.

Check out this fantastic build going up in Albany.
The owners of this 5x4m shed are putting it together themselves.

It has been a team effort, though, with us supplying the kit, all the drawings and assisting with the shire application.

We have been answering questions throughout the process and conducted three site visits to ensure everything is going to plan.

On May first this year, there is going to be a price rise on all steel products. We are looking at approximately a 10% increase which will push the price of a $20k shed up to about $22k.

Price rises happen, but this one is driven by the effects that Covid-19 is having on many markets and industries.
An increase in demand for these products as people invest more at home, coupled with the rise in the price of base commodities (Iron Ore, Scrap Metal and Coal), has pushed prices up.

After contacting their insurance company initially, there was nothing left for the owner to do because we organise all the shire approvals and the concrete floor.

After the insurance company processed the claim, we were awarded the contract to complete this job.

The work we did on installing this new shed included shire approvals and the concrete floor.

The whole job took ten weeks to complete.

We have just completed an insurance job in Katanning.

Having been damaged in a weather event, the shed at this home needed some attention.

After the owners discussing with their insurance company, the insurance company then contacted Sheds n Homes to survey and assess the damage.

Upon providing quotes, the insurance company decides who to go with and whether to repair or replace the damaged shed, and the job is then awarded.

These photos show the finished product on the Kendenup shed.

It only took eight days once the slab was ready to erect the shed and get the door and windows in, ready to go.

This job included us organising council approval and laying of the slab. We do jobs like this one in approximately 12-14 weeks from commission to completion.
